This Privacy Policy explains how Fluiva handles information when you use the Fluiva mobile application.
1. Information You Provide
Fluiva may store personal finance information that you enter into the app, such as transactions, spending categories, budgets, savings goals, and app preferences. This information is used to provide the app experience, including summaries, statistics, and goal tracking.
2. Local App Data
Core finance data entered into Fluiva may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear app data, locally stored information may be deleted unless a future sync or backup feature is added.
3. Purchases and Subscription Data
Fluiva uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, purchases, paywalls, customer information, entitlements, and customer center functionality. RevenueCat may process identifiers, purchase status, product identifiers, transaction information, app user identifiers, device information, and related subscription metadata.
Fluiva uses the RevenueCat entitlement Fluiva Pro to determine whether premium features are unlocked.
4. App Store Processing
Payments are processed by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store. Fluiva does not directly collect or store full payment card details.
5. How Information Is Used
- To provide app functionality and personalize the finance dashboard.
- To calculate balances, spending summaries, category progress, and goal progress.
- To verify subscription or purchase status.
- To present paywalls, restore purchases, and support subscription management.
- To diagnose technical issues and improve reliability.
6. Third-Party Services
Fluiva may use third-party services, including RevenueCat and app store providers, to operate paid features. These providers may handle information according to their own privacy policies.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal finance data. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the app, comply with law, prevent fraud, enforce terms, or protect users and the service.
8. Data Retention
Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Purchase and subscription records may be retained by app stores, RevenueCat, or other providers according to their policies and legal obligations.
9. Children's Privacy
Fluiva is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated version will be identified by the "Last updated" date above.
