These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Fluiva, a personal finance mobile application. By using Fluiva, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
Fluiva helps users organize personal finance information, including balances, spending categories, goals, statistics, and related insights. Fluiva is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, credit provider, or financial adviser.
2. No Financial Advice
Information shown in Fluiva is for personal organization and educational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Do not rely on Fluiva as a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
3. Your Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the app. Fluiva may calculate summaries, statistics, and suggestions based on the data you provide, but these outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate if your data is incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Fluiva may offer paid features through subscriptions or lifetime purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and managed through RevenueCat. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled according to the rules of the app store where you made the purchase.
Paid access may be controlled through a RevenueCat entitlement named Fluiva Pro. Access to premium features may change if your subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, or cannot be verified.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Fluiva, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass paid feature restrictions, reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Fluiva at any time. We may also update these terms when the app changes, when legal requirements change, or when business practices change.
7. Third-Party Services
Fluiva may rely on third-party services such as app stores and RevenueCat for purchase management, subscription status, customer information, paywalls, and customer center functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
Fluiva is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Fluiva will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all calculations or insights will be accurate for your situation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluiva and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, financial losses, or decisions made based on app content.
